Though the website states that it is being revised, there is a toll free number listed. I called to inquire about a refund because initially the product wasn't working for me. Though the agent was more than accomodating about providing a refund, she also took the time to ask me how I'd been using the product. As it turns out, I was applying it all wrong. She talked me through how I should use it, and it's been working like a charm ever since. It takes a little bit of time to begin to work, but it was worth the wait. ****
I've had a couple of requests to clarify what the correct way of applying the product is, and my apologies for not including that in my original review. I had applied a heavy dose of the Shake-Away on my garden,and was downright furious the following day when I saw rabbits eating away! That was why I had called. The girl instructed me to apply it lightly 2 times a week for 2 weeks, and said that it may take up to 2 weeks for it to start working. She said that once it started working, to apply it once a month to keep the bunnies away. So that's the trick, light but consistent applications.

(More customer reviews)I found this product to be very useful in keeping the squirrels from eating my bird seed; but I used a full packet per 8qt bucket of seed. I was pleasantly surprised to see my feeders full and only birds eating from them. If you are unfamiliar with working with hot peppers be very careful using this product. Wear gloves and possibly a mask.The new website for C&S ( wildsuets.com )states to use an oil coating on the seed before applying the powder:Mix only five pounds of seed at a time!Mix the seed well with several sprays of a non-stick vegetable spray, or two teaspoons of cooking oil before applying the "Squirrel Away TM".The birds do not taste the oil or the powder. Therefore, they do not know it is there.Mix the powder one teaspoon full at a time, taking care to mix thoroughly.ALLOW TREATED SEED TO SIT 20 MINUTES BEFORE FILLING THE FEEDER!.

(More customer reviews)worked great with frequent applications. directions said 2 to 3 weeks. seams like i had to use it more than that. but other than that work great. squirels and opossums were a pian in the garden( corn & cucumbers) not any more. one thing though i did find it at my local hardware shop for 11.99. cost me 21.00 with shippen and all on amazon.

The 1st year I bought a small bottle,it worked so well, that for the past two years I have purchased the 32 ounce concentrate. I had an old deck sprayer that had never been used, and I mixed half the concentrate, with 7 parts water and applied it liberally.Each year on Halloween I use it,and it lasts all winter with no re-applications. (More customer reviews)The product did not work, the squirrels continued to haul off my fruit from the pear tree with no regard to the product being placed on the tree. In fact, after all the pears were hauled off by the squirrels they continued to play in my back yard with little regard for the four (4) pouches situated in the yard. I think I needed the predator not his urine.
