(More customer reviews)The Snap E rat traps are not as sensitive as the standard wooden rat traps manufactured by Victor.So a small rat can eat the bait without springing the trap.However, you can re-bait the trap, and generally catch the rat the second time around.And the Snap E traps are SO MUCH EASIER to set than the wooden Victor traps.The wooden traps are really scary.They are so sensitive they usually snap closed with a bang several times before I can get them set. So on balance, I vote for the Snap E traps.
